Chevron Phillips Chemical engaged us to produce a video highlighting the company’s dedication to inclusivity and the meaningful impact of integrating diverse suppliers into its operations. In collaboration with Houston-based production company Cut-To-Create, I directed employees, supplier partners, and C-suite executives who shared candid insights and personal experiences that underscore the value of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
